With the construction industry unfortunately having the highest rates of reported mental health and suicides and with the finishing sector within that having the highest rates, Mansell Finnishes being an extremely caring company for all its employees came to Red Umbrella wanting a blend of training and support for all of their staff.

Solution

Red Umbrella rolled out bespoke management training and MHFAider training as well as utilising its sister company, Carecoins for all staff to have access to.
