Introducing Carecoins
Carecoins is a unique form of Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) provided by Red Umbrella. Unlike traditional EAPs, Carecoins guarantees the most effective EAP without paying for non-usage, and getting the preventative as well as the reactive services you need, when you need them.
How Does It Work?
Your organisation purchases Carecoins with one easy purchase order and invoice, and you can use them for any of our mental health services as and when needed. If you don’t use your Carecoins one month, unlike traditional EAPs where you pay fees regardless of usage, your Carecoins will still be there, ready to be used the month after, and so on.
To help you utilise your Carecoins, we have created an admin system with anonymous tracking that controls all Carecoins purchases and tracks engagement on an individual basis whilst ensuring anonymity is protected at all times.
A dedicated Mental Health First Aider or another designated person then issues Carecoins to individual staff members so that they can use them for one-to-one counselling/therapy sessions.
