Line manager mental health awareness training
Why choose Red Umbrella for your line manager training?
We provide two management training courses, both of which offer a safe learning environment, by providing pastoral care for safeguarding. Mental health awareness is extremely important to us, and whilst we encourage participation during our courses, we won’t ever pressurise any of our delegates to participate, should they feel uncomfortable.
Following the lockdown over the last 12 months, we understand and recognise the increased sensitivity around mental health, which is why we want to help.
