In this session we’re going to be looking at the different ways in which menopause can affect people, and how it can have a massive impact on our mental health and well-being. We will also be looking at ways of supporting ourselves if we are experiencing the menopause, as well as looking at ways of
supporting others around us too.
This session is for anyone who would like to understand the links between the menopause and mental health, either to help support themselves or those around them. It is particularly useful for those in a workplace setting who may need to support colleagues going through the menopause
