Supervising for Mental Health First Aid Level 3 (2 Day)
Going beyond basic awareness, this two day course teaches the invaluable practical skills, knowledge and confidence to identify signs of mental ill health, how to start supportive conversations with colleagues, and how to use the First Aid for Mental Health Action Plan in real life situations. Ofqual Certified for 3 Years.

Level 3 Mental Health First Aid Recertification (1 Day)
For Mental Health First Aiders who have previously attained Level 3, but are requiring requalification after three years, this crucial one day course revisits all the topics covered in the 2 Day, and extends the learners Ofqual Level 3 qualification for three further years.

Mental Health Awareness for Managers (1 Day)
All of us can experience poor mental health. However, for those of us in management and team leader roles, there’s an added responsibility not just to look after our own well-being, but to look after the well-being of our teams and our colleagues. But what does this responsibility look like, and how can we effectively support the people we are responsible for? On this Red Umbrella carefully designed bespoke training course, learners will gain a deeper understanding of mental health awareness for managers and leave equipped with practical insights on recognising how this can affect us, as well as strategies to provide meaningful support to those who are affected.

After the course, learners receive their Ofqual certified certificate, valid for 3 years, and details on how to access Red Umbrella's free 12 Month Aftercare service.
