If you choose Red Umbrella to supply your Mental Health First Aider training, your employees will receive a comprehensive aftercare and support package free of charge, for one year. From a dedicated support line to monthly check-ins, access to therapists and more, we care about every single one of your first aiders.
However, even if you used another provider for your staff training, you could still get access to our acclaimed aftercare for your MHFAiders for a small fee.

Top Up Your Learning - Take The
Refresher Course
We provide refresher courses to all individuals who have completed Mental Health First Aid training with Red Umbrella, giving them an opportunity to renew their skills, update their knowledge of mental health support, and practice applying the Mental Health First Aid action plans they developed during their initial training.
In these sessions, attendees can also share their learnings and best practices so they can all learn from one another, as well as having the opportunity to ask questions and get advice from a dedicated instructor. Mental Health First Aid refresher courses can either be provided in person or online depending on your preferences – we strive to make sure these courses are accessible to all those that wish to attend.
