Supervising First Aid for Mental Health Level 3 Re-qualification
(1 Day online course)

If you or your workplace Mental Health Champions are in need of a refresher to extend the Level 3 MHFA certification for three more years, look no further. Upon completion, delegates will learn or reacquaint their understanding of common mental health conditions and their potential impact, how to start a supportive and non-judgmental conversation about mental health, understand the importance of signposting to appropriate professional help, and the importance of self-care and maintaining their own well-being.
