Background

As a large multinational automobile manufacturer, Jaguar Land Rover was in need of a comprehensive solution that would provide varied mental health support services for its large team.

Solution

As well as standard mental health training, Red Umbrella provided bespoke mental health awareness training and diversity and inclusivity training for 2,000 employees at its site in Halewood over a 3-month period. We enlisted the help of teams of four to five trainers on site at a time to deliver the training in a tight time frame. We’ve also created bespoke management training for the team, which we deliver two to three times a month. Additionally, Red Umbrella delivered bespoke department-specific bespoke training to several departments, and we are currently recording 20 webinars on a variety of mental health issues for the business to use on its internal platforms.

Results

With the needs of the organisation being diverse and continuously evolving, the business has formed a successful long-term partnership with Red Umbrella, which will continue with the provision of another large mental health training project, with 36 courses running over a 4-month period.
