Bespoke solutions above everything else

However, employers can’t simply rely on performative or ineffective statements and actions to ‘tick a box’ in an attempt to display an effort to address the issue. They must implement a bespoke training strategy to solve specific mental health issues in their business. Mental Health First Aid is an exceptional resource, providing vital mental health support in the workplace much like physical first aid does for physical health. However, this responsibility can also be challenging and overwhelming for some.
