Firstsource is a specialized BPM partner with over 23,000 staff operating from 39 centres around the world. Firstsource were looking for Mental Health First Aid training as well as management training and webinars.

Solution

Red Umbrella delivered MHFA training and Firstsource soon realised that the aftercare and support that Red Umbrella offer all the delegates was in line with the caring attitude toward their staff, Red Umbrella the rolled out MHFA training In the US, Canada, India and the Philippines.
