Holding a great relationship with this client for over a decade, Bereco is a premium window manufacturer with HQ and showroom based near Sheffield. Bereco staff are affected by many factors as by all in the construction industry. Bereco initially came to Red Umbrella with very specific staff concerns which also highlighted the need for management training.
