Hitachi Construction
Background
Hitachi Construction was looking to support its employees with first-class counselling and therapy sessions that could be delivered in a highly specialised face-to-face format to support their unique needs.
Solution
The business purchased Carecoins to provide counselling and therapy support to its staff. To address the specific needs of the business, Red Umbrella ensured these services could be available face-to-face, which meant recruiting therapists in 12 locations across the UK, as well as ensuring they’d have specific knowledge of the construction industry to better meet the specific requirements and objectives of the workforce.
Results
Red Umbrella went above and beyond to address the specific requirements set by the business, ensuring all members of staff could reap the benefits of specialised face-to-face counselling and therapy across multiple locations, with some being highly remote.
