The unique concept Red Umbrella has, is that we are able to take care of the entire issue of mental health in the workplace.
Should a member of staff have an issue, we provide the assessment, diagnosis, appropriate treatment plan (even if residential is required, home detox, therapists, etc) and then the important back to work and aftercare.
There is no need to have to deal with multiple people or invoices, just us working together with your HR under one umbrella.
Any training we offer is all on-site in your environment, and flexible to your working patterns.

Just like a normal First Aider, the Mental Health First Aider isn't there to solve the problem, they're there to put on the plaster until the correct person can help. Without our cover this would be a generic GP or a therapist.
Where we are unique, is that our cover provides that next step after identification. We would send out one of our hand picked Team members to go and assess, usually outside the work place for anonymity, so they get the correct diagnosis and treatment plan, and we provide face to face as well as skype and telephone calls throughout the process, with fully trained personal relevant to what the employee might be suffering from.

All employers are requaired legally to provide a recognised first aider in the workplace for physical health, Red-Umbrella believe mental ill-health and wellbeing is just as important. We provide an internationally recognised course, for designated employees. The course is accredited by the Royal Society for Public Health/Public Health England.
Your designated staff for the course will be able to say they are an Accredited Mental Health First Aider.
After taking it, they will be able and feel confident to
- Recognise the symptoms of mental health issues
- Provide initial help
- Guide a person towards appropriate treatment
